    TASK

Task 3: Post Production & Profiling

    3D Modelling

I started the Modelling on Blender by first blocking out the shapes of the vehicle.

Then, I refined the head, adding details by using inset face, boolean, and extruding.

I continued by adding more details on the container.

    More detailing..

Lastly, I made the tires by using cylinders and inset faces. Then, I multiply their subdivision by 4.

Next, I got to add colors on the truck by messing with the materials.

    Render (Final Output)

After adding colors, I rendered the truck from multiple angles.

    Here is the final output.

    REFLECTIONS

This is my first time using Blender. I have used ZBrush for 2 months now, but never tried Blender, which makes me quite nervous when starting the 3D model. At first, I was struggling, not understanding a single thing about it. However, after following Mr. Kannan's tutorial on how to do it, I can follow a little bit easier. Moreover, my friend Edgar also taught me some features on Blender which I did not know before. Overall, the 3D modelling process is... quite enjoyable actually... until I need to add the COLORS and TEXTURES. It was very confusing... But anyways, I feel like I have learned a lot of lessons throughout this module, not only technical skills, but also time management, and trusting the process.
